Hello Everyone,
I want to know about the values of Kn and Kp from SMIC 55nm technology. Can any one provide me solution for this or help me to find these values.
kindly guide me the steps for finding these values
Kn , Kp and Cox

You can infer K by measuring ID and VGS and plotting the merit curves to extract the slope by linear regression. It is a well documented procedure that you can find with details in textbooks on the scope of device characterization.

What direction, depends on where you're starting.

Do you have physical electrical samples of devices where
you know key geometry?

Do you have foundry design materials (PDK)? Or the
SPICE / Spectre model set?

Do you have graphical I-V curves or raw data?

Any of these can get you there (with enough effort).

Actually I am designing operational amplifier by using cadence at schematic level
