As we all know, the e-b junction of a npn transistor can be used as a zenor, and the reverse breakdown voltage of e-b junction is about 7V, but there is no parameter to describe it in spice model or spectre model. I also found there is no parameter for Vceo or Vcbo.

Now I need some help how to simulate this npn transistor? using a zenor to replace is a alternative but this doesnt accord with my layout.

best regards.
