how to export the pick and place file from KiCAD?

As the title asked, I don't know how to export a pick and place .txt file from the PCB design software KiCAD
Is there any guiding step? Thanks

Have you tried the help file?
OR a search engine?

Google give me this on the very first hit when searching "pick place KicaD".

I have tried the help file but I'M still isn't very clear.
