Hi, how to export the spice netlist of a custom design on custom compiler that included parasitic devices. For example I designed and inveter using custom compiler and FreePDK3 by NCSU. In custom compiler there are option to extract parasitic is format of OA, SPF and SPEF. Is there any method to backannotate the parasitic into the spice netlist of the circuit.

If you have the finished layout and your layout tool has a
SPICE extraction (many do, as a "universal LVS input donor"
in a world of proprietary) then use that. It's where the
parasitics live, and the quality of that extraction is key to
it all - so look under the hood.
