How to excite a GSGSG planar waveguide?

I have a waveguide which configured as a GSGSG arrangement with differential drive on the two signal traces. ie. +S and -S. The central ground theoretically should be a floating virtual ground and ideally i would like to simulate the waveguide with and without the central ground trace.

Starting with the middle ground included looks something like the image below. How would I go about assigning an excitation for this? Not sure if this can be achieved with a single wave port on either end...
