RF system evaluation

Hi
How to evaluate if the performance of blocks fit for system spec? I want to do it by ADS, how to do?

RF system evaluation

the 1st step is a RF budget calculator.
try Agilent AppCad (free) or Syscalc. They are "speaking" the same language of the sellers of components. They take in account only NF50, Gain, IP3
They are quick, fast, and easy to use.

And then use a powerful system simulator

Re: RF system evaluation

The best way to do this is write your own in a spreadsheet. I find that those in programs are never exactly what you need. Then use @PPC@D or something similar to check your work.

Re: RF system evaluation

How about @DS with behavior model?
I am trying it.
