how to drawn esd device in layout .......or how drawn pmos in layout ,,,,,,,,,
 

which book i want to refer dout about layout in cadance...........
 

I believel the design rule will help.......
 


hai guys

here i attached the screenshot of esd device... Left side image consists of esd device drawn manually... Right side image consists of the instance device... My doubt why that much difference in layout for same values... They are also using extra layers in esd device... How can I draw manually for the left side esd device.......
