Hi all,
I am new to simulating microstrip antennas. I tried to simulate a simple aperture coupled microstrip antenna (APC) and I am not sure whether the excitation port is correct or not. Unlike the simple microstrip antenna, APC has two layers of substrates with a ground plane inbetween with a coupling slot and the microstrip is completely separated from the feed line. In this structure how do draw a lump port and wave port?
Thanks.
