How to do the layout efficiently for multiple current mirrors

Hi all, I have several branches of current mirror. Currently I only know to do the layout of a pair of current mirror (page 8 of **broken link removed** is a good example), But if I want each branch copies the current accurately, how could I do it? Thank you!

Current mirror 1 || Current mirror 2 || Current mirror 3 || Current mirror 4 || Current mirror 5

I am not able to clearly understand the query here.
Are you mentioning that you have one diode connected device which mirrors the current to more than one device ?

If You need make this layout very accurate, You should used common centroid technique.
