How to do PSS in the command line with Spectre

I am doing simulation for a analog and digital circuit working at the same time. If I type in spectre input.scs in the command line and do it, sometimes the systme told me that you met a fatel error, the system doesn't have enough memory... It seems that my input.scs is too huge. What can I do about it?
