I do not see how to do it without having few LO with smaller freqs. So, is there any way?
When i googled this topic, i only found power dividers, but i need info on freq dividing.

Thanks!

You gave not enough details to follow. 10 GHz can be divided by frequency dividers, now offered as MMICs. Certain power is needed for it.
One possible method is to use a 5 GHz VCO, and take its 2nd harmonic to process with the 10 GHz signal in a phase detector. Then add the filter and make a PLL.
The 10 GHz signal should be ~1 mW and quite stable for such PLL device.
