How to determine core power according to task power?

In context of multi-core systems, if we consider that two tasks T1 and T2 are running on the core. A task T is a sequence of instructions.
We assume that we have the power of each task executed on the core. Pt1 = power consumption of T1 and Pt2 = power consumption of T2
How to determine the core power consumption (Pcore) as function of tasks power consumption (Pt1, Pt2)?
