how to determin the opamp of DAC

I am doing 8 bit R-2R ladder DAC . how can i determin the parameter of opamp? Such as gain, bandwidth and so on. thx!
 

i m not sure, but i think it is similar to the opamp in S/H
gain is determined by the resolution, like 8bit, A>2^8+1
GBW is determined by your settling time, 5 times fclk generally
SR is determined by the settling speed also
 

You may refer to chapter 34 of "CMOS Mixed-Signal Circuit Design"
