How to design product for market?

Hi,

I have small idea. I have prototyped the circuit on small home-made PCB. Now, I wanted to make 100 units of it for sale.
1) I will provide PCB pattern.
2) I will provide prototype values/design.

I need ready made assembled PCB.

How can proceed and who would help me?
Is there any unforeseen risk in making product? any guidelines would be good.
How to decide the price of the assemble PCB ?

There are many electronics companies available who take orders of development board design and supply accordingly. Just google it you will find many companies. There are many experienced people available on this forum also who take orders. Just check hardware and PCB design section.
