How to design BODY REGULATED LOW POWER CURRENT MIRROR CIRCUIT?

Please somebody help me to design this one:|

Re: About current mirror

Hi there

you can refer to ieee transaction on on circuit and systems-II VOL 51,NO 10,october 2004,pp571-577

Re: About current mirror

Have a look on Analog CMOS circuit Design By Behzad Razavi.

About current mirror

what is BODY REGULATED LOW POWER CURRENT MIRROR CIRCUIT?

Re: About current mirror

Hallo
Generally in the current mirror we have diode connection ( gate and drain are connected) but now in the modern days we are using bulk to gate connected current mirror for low input and high output impedance. this type of current mirror immune the limitation of threshold voltage. But, bulk driven current mirror implementation in H-spice simulation are difficult; so if any body have idea about this , please help me.

Re: About current mirror

hi rjshmadala,
i dont find any BODY REGULATED LOW POWER CURRENT MIRROR CIRCUIT in razavi.
only the ordinary current mirror is explained.

hi dheeraj,
could you post that IEEE paper in the forum.
