I need to design an Rx Lineup where it needs to handle OP1dB of 5dBm.
At such Spec (OP1dB>8dBm) I found that there's no escape of Baseband Amplifier, correct me I'm wrong, and to handle such power with 50 Ohm termination load I decided to add an output stage.
1) Do this output stage needs to do power matching or is it enough to have small output resistance?
2) I can't find sources for good design methodology for output stages where I know that I need to use Load Line plots, but I don't know how and no Idea about what conduction angle to use.
Used technology: tsmc 65nm Used Supply: 1.8V
