ICMR vss~vcc

Who can tell me how to design a OP_AMP whose ICMR from vss(~vss) to vcc(~vdd)?

you can use folded cascode opamp with complimentary inputs i.e. both pmos differential input and nmos differential input.for detail see the book of Lee,Baker,Boyce.hope it will help
