Hi Saumya_85. There are several EMI filters topologies. I recommend you the book:

"EMI Filter design"
Richard Lee Ozenbaugh
ISBN: 0-8247-8924-5.

The best fit can be obtained using an LC filter, but you need to get the toroid which best performance range is in the mitigation frequency range of your interest.

EMI Filter design book is already with me?
But i want what are main factors responsible for EMI Filter?
Practically Aspect could anyone explain me?
