I want to know what is the flow about designing a switch capacitor filter.

and how to determined the parameters about different stage opamp in a SC filter on base of the Spec.

and It needs how many steps to do a SC filter.

It needs what is the EDA tools about designning a SC filter.

About the EDA tool, there used to be a Cadence add-on called SWITCAP a few years ago. I haven't gotten to see this add-on any more in the new Cadence version.

Perhaps you can check on Cadence website whether this tool is still supported.

Well, the design starts with intended pole/zero locations. Then normalize the transfer function and then convert the transfer fucntion from s domain to z domain using bilinear transformation. Then, as per that equation, you can start doing the circuit design.

A good book to follow is Allen Holberg for this. Also, Johns and Martin also have very good info on Switcap design

you can make first filter in continuous time and after that you can make biliniear transform
