hi....i am a graduate student in ms electrical.I need help to do a project in ADS.I prefer to do the project regarding LNA..PLZ give me the step by step procedure to design lna using ads.....it would be a great help..

Hi, I'm stuck in the Gain and noise figure analysis part. I couldn't understand how did you get the optimum load and source impedance for min. NF. Also the appendix A is missingn in the file that you sent me.

Hi, I couldn't use the files with ADS because they're not a project directory. I just need to know how did you do the computation of stability factors and circles in order to get the optimum load and source impedances for min NF (I need the equations).

Hi,

You can use ADS design guide for equations , i have used this in my project. It automatically creates equations. For proof of the equations i recommend you to read Gonzales' Microwave Transistor Amplifiers book.
