charge pump problem

Dear all,

Input 5v 10us-width pulse, how to design a circuit to generate 45v 650us-width
pulse? Because of no high voltage supply only 5v power supply I think charge pump must be used, but how to generate so high a voltage up to 45v through charge pump?

Thx for your attention and help!

charge pump problem

you can try voltage multiplier

Re: charge pump problem

simple boost converter can be ur best choice.
need only one inductor , one external MOS, one diode & CAPs

charge pump problem

Btrend, Can you advise one product style market supplied? As you mentioned above, whether it means that one can buy these devices from market and then design it for using?

Thx!

try this

Re: charge pump problem

hi,

you can use dc-dc choper circuits(step up choper).

bye

Re: charge pump problem

job hunting

charge pump problem

you can use boost to achieve the high voltage but 45v is a high voltage for the device

thanks
