How to design 13x18 RGBHV video matrix ?

Hi,

Does anyone have experince with rgbhv video matrix design ? 13 inputs and 18 outputs.

which ICs to use ?

Do i need to switch Veritical and Horizontal Syncs throuhg the channels or is there another trick( a way of doing it ) ?

any help appreciated.

you can look around for this chip

there are heeps of them
try a few search links like

or mux video mixer chip etc..etc...
