hi please tell me how to derive specifications of ldo with an example
 

Start by defining your requirements. What is your input voltage, desired output voltage? How much current do you need? Do you have any noise requirements? Are there any size/packaging constraints? Is this a low-power design? etc.

It is difficult to help you unless you can give some background information.
