Hello, good time
How should the port definition be in ADS software for Varactor?
I have considered the varactor circuit as the attached image. I now want to make sure which port definition provides a more realistic response.

For a more realistic simulation, use an accurate varactor diode model with specified capacitance vs. voltage characteristics from the manufacturer's datasheet.

I would group the two pins at the diode pads into one EM port. This has no connection to global ground, so the ground metal must be connected to some other ports in your EM Model which use global ground (not floating).

Is this port definition correct?
