wideband splitter return loss

My design of 800-2500MHz 3-way power splitter has very poor return loss performance.who can give me any advice?

You need to plot or tabulate the impedance. Look for the reactive or the resistive component not being what you expect.

Also, upload the diagram so we can look over your shoulder at it and get more clues.
