I am planning to build my own drone. I post a thread few days ago from where I got some answer regarding price. But when I checked in market (I am from Kolkata, India) I found it will take around INR 21000($340) to create my own drone. but when I checked one site https://www.onagofly.com which offer drone which looks good at as low as $259. So my question is " is it possible to cut down my drone price at those level?" I thought creating my own drone will be cheaper. please help

The onagofly drone is not available yet. CNET said it would be available in March for $200 but that did not happen.
A manufacturer makes thousands or more of a product so they buy the parts in huge quantities at very low prices. If you make only one or two then its parts will cost a fortune.
the manufacturer probably made a number of prototypes before the design was completed but you will have only one prototype with problems that will need another few designs and prototypes built to fix.

My drone cost $25.00 and has 6 axis gyroscopes. It can flip or roll. When it wears out or breaks then I will throw it away and buy another one.

Probably not, because as the previous poster correctly points out, you just cannot buy all the individual parts as cheaply as a full complete Chinese made drone.
