Can you anyone suggest, How to Create Hairpin Square Groove Microstrip using ADS2022. If there are any ADS help documents related to Square Groove Microstrip, suggest me. I have shown Hairpin Square Screen Shots. I want to create HairPin Square Groove as shown in Screen Shot.

Google helped me to understand what you are asking for. Never heard that name before.

You can create the coupled section from 3 cascaded MCLIN sections, with STEP elements between them. However, the STEP does not support side offset, so the layout will need some manual tweaking to align the segments. The simulation should be fine even with the layout mismatch.

To create a scalable layout for Momentum, I would use AEL to code the layout artwork. I had published an appnote on that topic here and a filter example here.
