How to create an href to the cross-reference bibliography files in Latex

Hi,

I want to create an href to the cross-reference blibliogafy files like with the tables and figures where with one click on the referenced figure you go exactly where it is, i mean, i need to generate a pdf so than a can just click on the referenced paper and then this paper opens with acroread.
