How to create a transformer for SMPS in Eagle?

hey guyz
i am designing this new smps
having an issue with transformer that i am using ef25 ten pin
i want to use it in eagle pcb but the library does not have it
is it possible to design it in the software itself ..how?

Kindly explain what you mean by a new SMPS ?
Could you give the input /output /freq /load current details so that a solution can be sought out for your guidance -direction?

You should find a chapter Component Design Explained through Examples in the manual. There's also a library chapter in the tutorial, describing component creation, including footprint definition.

Using top switch and optocoupler
I have almost completed the shematic just the transformer remains
