How to create a FPGA Board?

Hi,

I want to design a FPGA board. Is there any good literature/App-Note available?
I had a short look on the Quartus Site, but there I can't find detailed informations
 

Depending on your project and your company, sometimes @ltera or Xil@x gave out their reference board design to the customer.
 

if you search at ww.xilinx.com there is a application where is explained how to build a fpga proto board.
In a pdf file you can also find alla schematics and BOM.
Sorry i don't remeber the name of application, but is for VirtexII pro.
