how to copy the table structure?

I have using MS SQL Server & MS Access. I want to export only the structure from database to Excel or any document format.
How i do? If anybody khnow it. Please tell me.

You can copy the phpMyAdmin[just google it!] script to your ftp and setting the config to your mysql account!
then you can visualy manage your database.
exporting to various formats is possible!
