maybe 1Mbps(1 ± 200/1e-6)

i'v heard ppm for clock freq. so far not bit rate!!!

1 Mbps +- 200ppm !!

ppm is a tolerance that can be applied to almost any quantity. It means "parts per million".
200 ppm equals 0.02%.
1 Mbps ± 200 ppm means 1 Mbps ± 200 bps.
