how to convert from .m file to .dll file?

convert m file to dll

i use the command
>>comtool
then write the name of file
then build
then i have this error
Error using ==> comtool(build)
Error an error occured while shelling out to mbuild(error code=1)
unable to build executable

i need this to use the matlab function fft and its plot in my application in c#
