If you have Adobe Acrobat (not the one which is downloadeable free version) you can use PDFwriter as printer and print to a PDF file. That easy!

his answer is correct but he forgot to add that you will have to join up the pdf documents to make a single document, i.e. one pdf document per page "printed to the pdf printer". also i dont think you can convert bin files to pdf because bin files are usually image files i.e. from a cd image. try opening it in winiso or changing the extension to zip, rar, iso, pdf, chm etc
