How to control, with LabView, an instrument like Kethley?

labview keithley

Hi everybody!
I want to know,if anyone can help me, what are the steps to control with LabView (8.2) a measure instrument like Keithley?
I want to learn logically, for example I want to give with Keithley voltages between 0V and 20V and measure the current. The first step is to put ,from the drivers of the instrument, the INITIALIZE block(to identify the address of the Keithley),but after wards what block I have to put??
