I am designing high voltage control system.

I am using FPGA ( 3.3 I/O ) and High Voltage Switch(40 ~ 37 V) .

I want to control the Switch by FPGA.

- Voltage ( High voltage switch : N) = 40V
- Voltage ( High voltage switch : P) = 37V
- Switch control swign voltage : 0 ~ 3.3 V

and I can not use Level Shift IC .

How can I make this system?

Thank in advance.

Re: Switch control

Switched HV-CC-sources via fix GS- (or BE- ) resistors.

Re: Switch control

Hi

Use a load switch best on 2 MOSFET transistor to open and close the load

All the best
