Anyone knows how to connect USB keyboard to a device that has PS/2 connector. It is not PC computer and simple adaptors do not work.
Maybe there is simple converter that will convert D+/D- inot Clock/Data? :?:

No, not only hardware level voltage converter, USB is full of software protocol device!

There two kind of USB equipment,
1. USB host, ie computer
2. USB (slave) device, ie keyboard; mouse; printer etc
Each kind has different protocol, and protocol for USB host is more complicated than USB device!

A USB keyboard connect to your device, it mean your device will replace a computer and act as a USB Host! It is really not a simple project.

USB Keyboard is a USB (slave) Device, it must be connected to a USB Host.
Please check the datasheet of pic18f4550 or pic18f2550, are their USB Interface Module ready for USB Host?

Well the USB keyboard I am using is connected to the PC through USB to PS/2 Converter, in this case I don't think that PC even knows whether the actual keyboard is USB type or PS/2 type and I strongly feel that PC is not doing anything related to USB to access this keyboard. The converter I am talking about is something like this https://sewelldirect.com/PS2toUSB.asp. You can get converter which is exactly opposite of this which will allow you to connect PS/2 keyboard to USB port.

Maybe there is simple converter that will convert D+/D- inot Clock/Data?

I agree with you.
