Without knowing the specific LCD driver chipset and access to their datasheets, I suspect your goal with be an exercise in frustration.
Other cell and smart phone displays have been successfully repurposed, largely due to the availability of the specific driver chipset's datasheet.
Unfortunately, there do not appear to be any clear indication of the actual manufacturer of the display or whether it is in fact manufactured by Ericsson or Sony.
You might try, Googling any visible part numbers, perhaps you might get lucky and find the corresponding datasheet.
