Hi
I am a beginner in designing multilayer PCBs. I use Altium 14.

The problem is that after adding layers in Layer Stack Manager, I cant connect an internal plane to a net such as GND or VCC. There isn't any option for this purpose In Layer Stack Manager!

did you check the help menus? try searching for assigning nets.

go to board layout there u can see layer tabs(bottom side),if u click on ground plane it will highlight and now double click above the board it will ask connect to net?? message, there u can assign the net name.
