[SOLVED] How to Configure the Bias Network in a Power-Combining Amplifier:

I'd like to ask about the design of the bias network for the two center amplifiers in a four-way power-combining amplifier setup. Should we provide additional DC circuitry for them, or can they share the DC current with the top and bottom amplifiers? Also, if there are any relevant learning materials or resources on this topic, I'd really appreciate the opportunity to discuss them further—this is something I'm very interested in.

Each amplifier should have its own DC bias connection, ideally through an RF choke (inductor) or a resistor that allows DC to pass but blocks RF (or vice versa).

Thank you for your reply. I have been following this principle consistently in my single-stage amplifier designs.

DC Bias Lines shouldn't disturb each other so these lines have to be considered individually.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, initially I also thought the DC biasing needed to be considered independently. However, after reviewing some papers, I started to question this approach, because in a four-way power-combining amplifier, the bias network layout for the middle two amplifiers isn't very straightforward to handle.
