how to configure an fully differential opamp as follower?

attachment is the follower configuration for single end opamp, but how to do the same thing for fully differential opamp ?
 

Try this:
the "-" output feedback to the "+" input terminal
the "+" output feedback to the "-" input terminal

refer to the attachment, in what application do we use the follower configuration? i just thought that configuration is used to test the output dynamic range. please give some comment.

If you connect + output to - input and - output to + input then you have no more inputs to your circuit and there will be stability issues both AC and DC with a non ideal amp. You can use unity gain adjusted fully differential opamps (instrumentation amplifiers) if you only need a differential buffer or sacrifice the high input impedance of the differential opamp and use resistors.
