what would be the easiest and the fastest way to comunicate between FPGA and the PC trhu USB?

Re: USB

What are your speed and latency requirements?

The easy ways are not fast.

If you just need a few bits you can use a USB microcontroller such as a PIC 16c745
Velleman make a nice kit that comes with a programmed PIC a PC DLL and a visual basic example program.

You could use a USB<-> serial converter and implement a simple serial UART in the FPGA.

Re: USB

ok, use the USB Opencore of Steve Fielding and programs like SOPC Builder of Altera or EDK Platform Studio of Xilinx, neccessary, is a "must".
