How to compile the matlab files to exe file?

How to compile the matlab files(.m or .mdl) to exe file which can be run in the machine that have not matlab installed?
 

Your question can not be clarified by a few words. Maybe you should refer to the matlab help titled as
"Matlab Compiler->Stand Alone Applications -->Coding with M-files Only"
