explain super source follower
Hi,
I'm doing a project now using super source follower, besides itself is a negtive feedback system, it is also in a bigger loop( you can find this paper naming"A transient-Enhanced Low-Quiescent Current Low-Dropout Regulator With Buffer Impedance Attenuation"), it looks like just compensate it with a cap at the high impedance node is all right. However, I suffered strange frequency response, sometimes looks like it has turned to a positive feedback(I mean even before the 0dB point), Does anyone know how to compensate this circuit? Thanks.
