How to communicate with another PC using notepad?

Does any one knows how to communicate to any other PC (considering LAN and has Server) to communicate using the notepad. Like the other host can control your pc for illistration purposes???

Hi, your question doest appear to clearly convey your requirement.

can your requirement be satisfiled with Remote desktop application in Windows XP.

May be webx can also help you
