IF demodulator

Hi all

I'm looking for an easy (cheap!) way to demodulate a 150MHz IF signal which is either OOK or BPSK (not defined up to now) modulated with a 50MBit/s bitstream. I need a good input dynamic range of more than 60dB.
Has anyone schematics or a good single-chip solution?

Thanks
