How to characterize a discrete POWER MOSFET?

I would like to do a Big power mosfet to characterize the performance. What items besides Rdson, Idlin, Vt, breakdown voltage should I measure? And how to do the characterize and measurement.

Search any datasheet for Power Mosfet. It will provide you the parameters you need to consider from there
