Hello!
Do you know if i can change the temperature coefficient of a resistor in my simulation and how? I am using cadence.

Thank you very much

Is this a resistor for a PDK library or analogLib?
for a PDK) make a copy of the foundry models and edit it
for analogLib) there is a field in the CDF for this

In addition, if you are using an ideal resistor from analogLib, press "q" or "shift+q" and the properties windows will appear. (Or select the resistor and go to menu edit - properties) There, you can define TC1 and TC2.
Regards,

Thx both! i will try to manipulate the ideal resistor for my own operation (sounds easier) and if it doesn't work then change the model! Thx again :)
