How to change the output of a buck converter?

can i get variable DC output from a fixed DC input by giving pulses through the micro-controller output pin .. in buck converter circuit.. can the output just depend upon delay.. cos my design requires that it should operate with only one fixed value of inductance and capacitance..

You can change the output of a buck converter by adding(summing) an external DC voltage to the Buck feedback loop - the DC voltage can be a filtered PWM signal out coming from the microcontroller or a DC signal from the micro D/A converter whether he have a D/A converter
