how to change the OS language in a pocket PC?

It's that possible, can anybody tell me how, and what do I need?
I have a CASSIOPEIA CASIO E125.

It depends on the System running on your Pocket PC, but if its WindowsCE based one, you can download some localization software for your needed language ....
